Inspired by Ricardo Semler’s Lumiar education system, certification is a non-linear learning journey through a mosaic, not a fixed syllabus. Built on decades of practice in self-managed teams, every tile blends reflective practice, real-world scenarios and short assessments, and asks you to bring your own company’s context and experience into the answer.
